Welcome to Coffeeholic

Coffeeholic is a nice cafe which has very good coffees, deserts, and atmosphere for the customers. We will always provide good services and fresh coffee and desert. Also, we have some separated rooms for group people who want to talk each other. The group people can keep their privacy and single people or who want to take rest and do something else in quite place, so we have that for all of customers.

Service

We will have good musics and decorations for atmosphere of cafe. Good atmosphere will make people be happy and calmly.

We are going to ask some questions to customers about the prices of menu, how did you like the musics, decorations and atmosphere of caff and how was the services.
We have some rooms for customers who came with their friends, family, etc. If they want to keep their privacy or they think they might bother people when they talk, then customers can go in to room.
If the customers paid over 6$, we are going to offer some services like offering some cookies or a piece of cake. If you bought over 6$ of desserts, then we can offer a cup of tea.
From Friday to Sunday, we will sell a good brunch until 1 p.m.

Sales

All sales will be for cash or major credit card. Credit cards from Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover will be accepted. And if you pay with cash, then the price will be discount 10%.

Labor Requirements

The two principal positions needed to operate the Cafe are that a manager of counter who can do both counting and serving and two baristas. Also, I can do counting and serving.

The following employees and their projected monthly salaries are as follows:

Barista: 1,200$

Counter and server: 1,000$

General servants: 1,000$

Company Structure

Eunhyuk Lee has incorporated his cafe. Eunhyuk is the President of the Cafe. He will manage everything until he expand his Cafe. When he expand his Cafe, they will be several managers in each Cafes and Lee will manage the general things.

The Financial Plan Summary

The following Profit and Loss projections are as follows for the first three years of operations for the Cafe:

Year 1-$15,000

Year 2-$25,000

Year 3-$35,000

Marketing Plan

The Coffeeholic will be a good place to take rest for some people and to talk for group people. Also, we will provide breakfast in the morning, but not lunch and dinner. In the morning, if you are very busy to have breakfast in caff, then you can take out that with tea or coffee. We will be open from 5 a.m. until 6 pm for seven days a week and on Friday and weekend it will be close at 5 p.m.

Marketing Objectives: The objective of this Cafe is to be close with customers. Because, usually some people who often goes to cafe, they will be regular customers, so if we be close with them, then they will often come to caff and they will bring some more people to caff, so it will be very helpf

Marketing Definition

Our major customers will be Asian people who is going H mart for shopping, so usually women. Sometimes, they like to go shopping together, so there are some group people near the H mart and also, they like to talk, but there is no place to talk therefore Coffeeholic will be a good place for them. But if there are lots of group people, then it may be loud, so there are some room for group people, who wants talk and enjoy, also for single people who wants to take rest or work in calm.

Marketing Growth

First month sales are forecast at $10,000. Business is expected to grow by approximately $500 per month. The Cafe will serve about 60 customers daily and some more on weekend, so hopefully within 3 months the daily number will be about 80 customers.
